Kaiku at Harvest 2026

Kaiku was on stage at Harvest 2026 on 21 October, where our CEO Oskari Liukkonen shared what we have learned about winning with AI.

What is Harvest?

Harvest is Reaktor Ecosystem’s annual gathering for business leaders, held this year at Black Box 360 in Mall of Tripla, Helsinki. It is a morning of short keynotes, a leader panel and facilitated roundtable alongside a brunch served all morning.

This year’s theme was curiosity. What should leaders be genuinely curious about right now, and what actions should they take heading into 2027? For the first time, Harvest also opened the doors to the boardroom, with Reaktor’s CEO and Chair sharing the conversation the leadership team usually has behind closed doors.

The talks

This year’s line-up brought together executives from across Finnish business:

  • What should we be curious about?
Pekka Horo (CEO, Reaktor) and Mika Sutinen (Chair of the Board, Reaktor) on the boardroom view on where technology and the market are taking the business.
  • How to build growth?
Krista Pohjanlehto (General Manager, Uber Eats Finland) on what growth takes when consumer expectations keep shifting.
  • Winning with AI.
Oskari Liukkonen (CEO, Kaiku) and Marko Aalto (VP Data & AI, Reaktor) on what to do right now to prepare for a future with AI.
  • Business leader panel: What’s next?
Carl Haglund (CEO, KH Group), Katja Lindholm (EVP People, Valio), Tuomas Autero (Country Manager, Revolut Finland) and Sarita Runeberg (CEO, Maria 01) on how to plan for 2027, which capabilities to build now, and whether to move fast or slow.

Winning with AI

Oskari shared the stage with Marko Aalto for a 20-minute session. Oskari opened his part with a claim:

Most companies that say they are AI-native are not.

His reasoning is that whilst companies have bought the tools and rolled out licences, and their people use AI every day, the way work moves through the organisation hasn’t changed and it is still human-centric. Reorganising work so humans and agents can share it is the difference between using AI and being AI-native.

That has been Kaiku’s focus from the start and in this talk he shared our learnings from both inside Kaiku and from our clients. Whilst nobody yet knows what this current transformation will ultimately look like, Oskari closed with a lesson from history: in every earlier shift, the winners were the ones who redesigned the work, not the ones who simply adopted the new tools.

What’s next

This is the short version. Oskari will publish a full write-up of his Harvest observations later this week. Follow Kaiku on LinkedIn to catch it when it arrives.

Thanks to Reaktor Ecosystem for hosting, to Marko for sharing the stage, and to everyone who joined the roundtables.
